In the midst of a professional and personal transition, my goal is to understand and take control of my own power of action towards a fairer world and a positive ecology, in order to be able to transmit and share this power of action to as many people as possible.For that purpose, I am learning about the current issues we're facing and on the different type of actions that can be implemented, both at individual and collective levels. With a passion for the living, self-understanding, behaviours, our functioning as a society, and with the growing urgency to act, I'm exploring these new paths towards a better change.I'm constantly curious and training myself, in facilitation, community animation, collective intelligence practices and shared governance, among others subjects.All this while remaining linked to my passion for events, food and cooking, on top of health and the use of vegetable and plant-based foods.My goal long term? Open a space where learning, inclusiveness, ecology and eco-responsibility would be at the heart of the action:- a café/restaurant, focused on the local, no-waste, healthy food;- a place of exchange, with workshops organized around the subjects listed above and many others;- a sought-after independence in terms of food (permaculture vegetable garden), energy, resources in general, both for experimenting and teaching;- in short, a real local dynamic and exchange!If you are interested in knowing more about myself and my projects, please feel free to contact me as I'm always open for discussion!
