At points throughout my development at Trescal, I was asked by different team managers to pass on my knowledge of certain calibrations onto other members of the department and lead them in the calibration of the instruments and test rigs. Throughout my time Trescal, entrusted me to work off site on production and military bases throughout Europe. As part of my development at Trescal, I was required to lead both lean and 5s methodologies on site.
