As as an intern at Cincinnati's African American newspaper I worked directly for the only in-house senior editor and wrote articles on a weekly basis. I conducted numerous in-person and phone interviews with local public officials, residents and business owners. I also corresponded with guest writers, edited copy and took photos for print and online.
