Needle is a Saas solution for live chat. Stitching raving fans with visitors via live chat (real humans!) to delight our high-end brand clients and raise their e-commerce metrics. Our chat solution is far more than an online chat platform. We provide an experience for the site visitor and drive optimization through our data. I work with clients such as Taylormade Golf, Stuart Weitzman, and Bare Necessities to name a few. My role with Needle is to ensure client success and direct all things within the community of chat advocates. We have fun and we provide killer results for our clients.

For more than 18 years, I had the opportunity to work at various capacities within Nu Skin Enterprise and am grateful for the opportunities, connections and friendships acquired over the years. Managed regional BioPhotonic Scanner program including: inventory, forecasting, planning, and program implementation.
