JLA Public Involvement provides superior public outreach, communications and decision making services to our clients throughout the Northwest and beyond. We help public agencies and stakeholders find common ground so that projects reflect community values and have a foundation of support to be successful.

The focus of the Student Success Center is the provide resources for students to help them achieve their academic success. As an academic advisor, my primary role was advising students through their coursework. Other responsibilities included teaching the freshmen seminar class and providing mentorship to students who are struggling academically.In 2019, I was assigned as the lead coordinator for the Supplemental Instruction program and the Community Service project. These assignments included hiring and managing student workers, completing end of semester program assessments, and coordinating community service efforts with our freshmen seminar instructors and local nonprofits.

As a Manager, I developed the initial store inventory as well as created and maintained the inventory documents. I also helped manage the store and met frequently with sales representatives to grow our inventory and learn more about the products.

One of a select few franchise locations of the famous Doe's Eat Place of Greenville, MS. As an employee, my goals were to help contribute to a friendly, casual atmosphere by serving quality food and drinks and providing great customer service.
