About Camille Briggs, Ms, Lcmhca

I enjoy working with clients using a person-centered approach to counseling. I meet clients authentically with appropriate empathy with a heavy emphasis on building a safe space and good rapport to ensure healing, growth, and collaboration with one another. I have experience working with clients who want to address trauma, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, stress, and career related concerns. My education focused on couple's and family work and I would like to continue engaging in couple's and family counseling with an emphasis on working with Black and other marginalized populations. I have much experience working with individual clients as well. My background also includes an extensive history of providing case management services to populations that are have historically been underserved emotionally, financially, and educationally. I seek to understand the systems that clients are navigating daily which often contribute to their external and internal stressors.
