It Quality Analyst
CurrentResponsible for performing daily duties as defined in the Enterprise Testing Center of Excellence such as; implementation and integration of quality principles and processes into the design and development of software and IT processes for the Enterprise. Responsible for researching, developing and implementing best-in-class quality assurance tools, standards, methodologies and processes; establishes customer satisfaction metrics; understands the interaction and relationship of business operations and operating systems and network processes. Additionally, responsible for implementing and delivering centralized testing processes and projects including, but not limited to, Advocacy, Governance, Modernization, Process Definition and Improvement, Tooling support, Knowledge Management, and Consulting solutions for the Enterprise. Champions the application of quality principles in business and IT processes through training, meeting and team facilitation, communication programs and team building activities. Responsible for working closely with internal HCSC stakeholders and customers to educate, partner, and consult on testing practices and tools in concert with highly complex development initiatives.
