At my core, I believe everyone is an entrepreneur. Whether you’re the founder of a billion dollar company or building the next wave of talent at a leading consulting firm (hint, that’s me!), I believe that we all have the power to innovate in our own lives and create a lasting impact.Over the years, that belief has taken me down some interesting paths including: - analyzing and redesigning operations for global banks and student loan companies as a management consultant,- leveraging my operations & change-management experience to manage the entry-level Strategic Technology Consulting recruiting practice at one of the top consulting firms in the country, - pursuing my love of learning by getting my MS in Learning & Organizational Change at Northwestern University,- becoming a thought partner to PwC's Consulting Talent Acquisition leader to drive our recruiting strategy, and lately,- implementing talent acquisition strategy & optimizing our recruiting experience across PwC.Along the way, I’ve grown my skills in: data analytics & visualization, project management, change management, and process optimization.My ‘why’ has been born out of my success in leveraging innovation to:- translate vision into action,- champion diversity, and- truly connect with my stakeholders.When I’m not working, you can find me scoping out the latest Durham coffee shop, hiking the NC trails, or hanging out with my cat.I love learning the ‘why’ behind others’ work and am constantly looking for new perspectives on talent, culture, and people management.
