Mental health in the workplace is our focus, with a particular lived experience and strategic lens. At a high level, we offer workplace mental health consulting, facilitation and lived experience co-design. Our services are all evidence-based and trauma-informed.Our goal is to provide capability in supporting companies build a strategic imperative in mental health, by designing strategies, consulting on policies, and supporting the overall implementation of these strategies and programs. Finally, we offer facilitation for workshops and key notes on mental health & workplace well-being.We lead with the lived experience lens and provide a unique perspective in contributing to an organisation's goals in this space.

Elected as Chair for the Mental Health Recovery@Work Reference Group, providing lived experience and workplace guidance on supporting injured workers within NSW workplaces.

As a reference group, we support SIRA in facilitating a better understanding of mental health recovery at work and influence and improve mental health recovery outcomes.I am a member of the Reference Group and the Chair for the Working Party.

I was responsible to create campaigns and executive delivery plans to maximise engagement of the digital application. I was involved in significant content creation, as well as involved in the design process.
