Responsibilities: Preparation of documents tender for bidding specifically qualifications of key personnel, manpower and equipment utilization schedule and NFCC Project monitoring and site coordination  Prepares progress billing Cost estimate and forecasting Cost monitoring and control Prepares project weekly progress reports including s-curve, narrative accomplishments, progress accomplishments and cost monitoring Liaise and close coordination with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Prepares cutting List for columns and beams Prepares BOQ, quantity take off and detailed unit price analysis (DUPA) Site liquidation and replenishment of expenses Oversee project procurement management Prepares documents for compliance and processing for the company’s business applications and registrations (PCAB,PHILGEPS,DPWH-CRC,JV TIN NO)
