My 30 year journey in healthcare is ever evolving, but the one common denominator has been the passion to have a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals navigating the health care system. I have the pleasure of leading several teams who touch our customers daily – during happy times and some of the most vulnerable times in their lives. We are committed to improving these experiences and helping customers navigate what can be a complicated and frustrating system of health services.I have stayed in healthcare because I continue to see the opportunities to fix how healthcare is experienced, delivered, and paid for. I have personally felt vulnerable helping family navigate treatment options and struggled at times. It is why I believe in the mission of our company and enjoy living out that mission in all that we do for our customers and the communities we live and work.The thing I love most about my job is working alongside my teams on our systematic and relentless approach to fixing the health care system. We consistently achieve qualitative and quantitative results, having earned the Benchmark Portal Center of excellence award, ranking number on the Forrester Customer Experience Index, and receiving many external customer service awards. All of which speak volumes to our team’s commitment to excellence.
