Primary tasks include complete redesign, User Experience, re-platform on to KenticoEMS, new hosting, exploring e-marketing. Responsible for full end-to-end implementation, including vendor management and consideration of Change Management, all aspects from RFP (procurement) right through to BAU handover (training, copywriter management, new internal business processes to support the website and ongoing student UX testing). This included but is not limited to workflow improvements, automation of manual processes, digital application enhancements, concept productisation, core system changes and upgrades. All with a team and organisational PMO that needed to move away from not being digitally mature.Update (Dec 2017) > successfully launched the new http://www.insearch.edu.au in time for Domestic students HSC results and ATAR. On time and under budget. But more importantly, the analytics are telling us the students are interacting well with the content!Update (Mar 2018) > my contract has been extended to investigate an online app, support their international website interests (China), and consider a practical approach to managing communications across the student lifecycle journey. ROI, conversion, China, personalisation, UX, PMO governance documents and event module exploration for recruitment. -

This is what I love about each job, although there are a number of tasks to be completed, I come across new tasks! Summary > it has been a pleasure to work with this NFP and transition them from vendor based waterfall project and roles to an agile and in-house development environment.My contract was been extended to late December 2016. -

Update (1 Feb) > Vodafone and QANTAS announce a partnership at press conference this morning. Customers can claim QFF and Aquire Points online as a result of visiting Vodafone's eStore. We had a month. The whole business was focused on this launch. Guess who worked with the greater go-to-market team to represent the digital (eStore) development arm of the business? Me :-) Success! -
