- Implement EUROPE DIRECT's Annual Communication Plan: conception and planning of information and communication activities, drafting of grant applications and activity reports, budget monitoring and contacts with the various institutional partners- Elaboration of various communication materials to promote projects financed with European funds in the region- Develop communication tools for different target groups, implement the digital strategy, and record radio broadcasts- Providing information, guidance and support to project promoters on European structural and investment funds and sectoral programmes- Organisation of events on European issues, thematic presentations and information stands

Main mission: assist in the organisation and smooth implementation of the European Week of Sport and the digital #BeActive Communication Campaign on behalf of the European Commission- Implementation of the #BeActive communication campaign for the European Week of Sport: community management of the Erasmus + account of the European Commission and drafting of content for blog, invitations, ads (leaflets, newspaper etc)- Coordination of communication activities with the European Commission, the partners of the Week and the National Coordinating Bodies- Research & collection of data on sport/health policy and stakeholder mapping for potential invitees- Assistance to the team for logistics and administration for the European Week of Sport

- Organisation and coordination of tailored information visits to the European Commission (EC) of high level groups: members of national parliaments, diplomats, government officials, journalists and master students - External communication on the role, the functioning and the priorities of the EC in French, English & Croatian- Monitoring of the web page of the Visitors' Centre

Project management in liaise with the national office and local authorities, e.g. Conference-Debate on European elections with the participation of Ms. Griesbeck (ALDE) and Ms. Bélier (Greens)May 2014: Partake in the awareness campaign for the European elections "MovEurope forward" organised by the Young European Federalits (Brussels)
