Program Manager over two Workforce Development programs (Jobs & Interns) for the 2.2 billion dollar Proposition A/AA Construction Bond program for the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD).

Responsible for managing 2 offices with 7 staff in this Workforce Development program on a contract with the State of California. Managed relationships with community and government agencies, as well as private enterprises. Developed and conducted local and statewide community advocacy and training programs, oversaw website development, coordinated special projects including a multi-agency effort for a statewide conference. Administrative reporting and file review. Program evaluation.
