Front Of House ManagerPeople'S Light Jan 2019 - Jun 2020-Acted as direct supervisor to all Front of House staff members (20) and Assistant Front of House Managers (6), from recruitment and training to overseeing daily shifts. I designed and implemented a new training program for the volunteers which almost doubled the volunteer guild, bringing it up to 120 members.-Worked closely with the Director of Patron Experience and the Box Office Manager to create monthly schedules for Patron Experience Staff, and was responsible for making sure each shift was covered and each night fully staffed.-Responsible for all accounting duties related to Front of House, including: lobby sales, concessions purchases, balancing concessions banks, and completing hours for payroll via Paylocity.-Responsible for keeping both concession stands stocked during all performances and taking monthly inventory.-Took part in initiatives to make the theatre more accessible, including the incorporation of Smart Caption Glasses, Open Caption, and Relaxed Performances.-House Managed a number of performances each week. -
