I am a hands-on Digital Product Creator and Supply Chain Strategist, dedicated to driving high quality product creation and transforming an analog supply chain through the utilization of technology and strategic process solutions. My experience includes leading and supporting large scale transformations across multiple teams and regions. One such transformation resulted in a 12-week reduction from the go-to-market calendar. I have created and maintained DPC roadmaps for multiple brands, functions and product categories simultaneously. Strategically optimizing similar goals, while also accommodating for divergent priorities and speed of implementation. For example, developing a roadmap that supported 3D design ideation, 3D garment fitting and digital selling, with the majority of 3D assets created by vendor partners. I see exceptional value in onboarding and upskilling 3D suppliers. By working directly with 3D technicians, I created an onboarding process in which technicians learned best practices and standards for each product classification and brand specific requirements. After successfully onboarding over 20 suppliers, I then developed a ranking system for 3D technicians which was rolled out globally and incorporated into overall vendor/supplier scorecards.I enjoy collaborating with others and managing relationships to influence and connect the dots for teams to produce top results. I escalate risks and clear roadblocks, while maintaining open communication with key stakeholders.
