🙋🏼‍♀️I’m Camille & I’m in my late twenties. I love what I do & I do what I love!👩‍💻 It’s been almost 8 years that I am strongly involved in digital transformation projects aiming at elevating customer experience in companies that are both leaders in their sectors - hospitality & retail.At Accor where I spent 6 years and evolved in 3 different countries and at Decathlon that I joined in Singapore 2 years ago, I have a demonstrated track record in leading disruptive projects - in loyalty, customer experience, customer service and even social media - by fostering internally the right user-centric mindset to embrace change.Being on the front line with customers and working closely with the operations, from hotel receptionists to customer service center ambassadors at Decathlon, I get valuable and essential insights about customers & teams’ needs.🤝 I have a strong collaborative mindset. At Accor, I enjoyed building up close relationship with hotels teams network and creating a strong community. I now directly manage a multicultural team. I am passionate in identifying and make talents grow. I am learning everyday with Decathlon unique management style on how to empower my team.🚀 It’s now more than 5 years that I live in Southeast Asia and evolve in an extremely dynamic & challenging environment. With 2 hotel openings per month in Indonesia or a 3-digit e-commerce growth in Singapore, I have no other option but to be very agile in my vision & efficient in my methods.👩🏼‍🎓I’m also a proud EDHEC Alumni Ambassador team member in Singapore. I love to contribute to event organisations.
