-Solicited $701,000 and funded $642,00 in major gift proposals over 3 years, exceeding performance goals by almost 600% in 2023.-Solicited $72,000 in event sponsorships and funded $63,000 over 3 years. Funded $27,000 in annual giving over 3 years and raised $44,000 across three separate Giving Day events. -Successfully transitioned into a frontline fundraising role while continuing coordinator duties for 20 out of 24 months until the college was able to fill my previous position.-Manages a prospect portfolio including individuals, foundations and corporations focused on discovery, qualification, cultivation, and stewardship with direct solicitation as appropriate while focusing on building a major gift pipeline. -Initiated over 1,000 strategic contacts over 3 years, surpassing fiscal year goals. - Created and implemented the engagement and solicitation plan for annual giving to the college including programs such as Call-A-Coug and WSU’s annual giving day; raised~$40,000 on #CougsGive 2019.- Planned, organized, implemented and evaluated annual and special events; planned and facilitated the first annual Murrow Homecoming Tailgate to engage alumni and donors; planned virtual events to engage alumni and donors with the Dean of the college; procured $60,000 in sponsor support for the annual Murrow Symposium over 3 years and 2 events.- Created and managed an annual development plan, digital communication plan, and a new stewardship process for the College that aligns with community-centric best practice.- Collaborated with College leadership to execute philanthropic funds; created a new scholarship stewardship process as part of the scholarship committee; created fundraising workshops for college-based student organizations to ensure compliance with university and state policies.

-Implemented strategies to expand CANTERA´s donor base and increase funding for the organization based on the fundraising strategies of CANTERA and Friends of Cantera, USA (FOC). -Identified grant opportunities, wrote proposals and gave follow-up on approved grants. Raised $350,000+ through grant foundations in 2.5 years.-Prepared and conducted meetings with donors. -Collaborated with the Management Team to increase revenue at CANTERA’s Conference Center and Experimental Farm to contribute to organizational financial sustainability.-Worked in partnership with the International Relations Coordinator and Communication Coordinator to ensure a cohesive implementation of fundraising strategies. -Administrated scholarship program for at-risk youth ages 13 - 23 and facilitated workshops designed to give them academic and personal support. - Co-Facilitated week long immersion trips with High School students.
