Managed and Coach the inside Sales Team of 8 people for the Andean Business Unit (Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru) responsible for preparing service offers, establishing pricing, and fulfilling service agreements. It resulted in an iProject Management: Responsible for the most important change management project by improving commercial processes and introducing a digital toolkit designed to enhance commercial business and change management through the integration of Dynamics and SAP. Mentoring and Coaching: To assist Tenaris Front-end Sales team in coordinating, collaborating, and facilitating customer needs and expectations within the organization to deliver customer-related activities and projects. Ensure accuracy of commercial KPIs and commercial documentation. Financial and Commercial Proposals: Responsible for the preparation of end to end commercial proposals to our Front End Sales Team. This includes finnacials, sourcing alternatives and services offers. Main Achievements: After optimization of the forecasting process, accuracy was improved by 15%.After Customer Orientation Project was put in place, sales team increased increased time spent on customers by 20%.
