To be a great leader you must prioritize becoming one and put in the hard work to learn, experiment, and continuously grow. For whatever the reason, most people do not put in the work to become great leaders. My professional goal is to become a great and compassionate leader: leading the people that run organizations to great heights. I've been lucky enough to gain experience and work with amazing people in the US Navy, at McKinsey & Company, Dafiti, and now at Aeropost. I am committed to continue working on all aspects of my leadership to become a better leader each day.
