As a freelance developer, I have experience in both web and client/server applications, including but not limited to: PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Microsoft Access (VBA), MS SQL Server and Visual Basic.

As the sole developer, I was tasked with the customization and maintenance of our open-source CRM software using PHP and MySQL. Along with keeping the CRM up and running, I developed responsive data capture sites using Twitter Bootstrap. These sites worked in conjunction with our CRM, allowing our field reps to submit data directly from their smartphones and tablets. Working side-by-side with colleagues on a daily basis and meeting with managers regularly, I was afforded a unique perspective to their requests and requirements, which in turn allowed me to complete the modifications as efficiently as possible. In addition to managing the company's data applications, I spearheaded the set up and maintenance of the company’s hosted VoIP phone system and equipment.

As part of the Trinn team, my duties included maintaining and enhancing multiple clients' high-traffic sites. Although I concentrated mainly on the backend functionality using PHP and MySQL, I was no stranger to the frontend, utilizing HTML, CSS and Javascript to complete the user experience.Aside from coding responsibilities, my role required task estimation and daily communication with the client during which time I established a great rapport and greater understanding of their needs. At the time of my departure, I was the lead developer focused solely on one client's CRM and CMS systems and I had gained experience with Google and other third party API's, jQuery, XML, and SVN, as well as a familiarity with dojo, MVC and GIT.

I covered a range of skills and abilities during my tenure at Polytechs. I started out designing and building Microsoft Access databases using SQL Server backends. I am very well-versed in VBA. From there, I moved on to translating Photoshop (.psd) files into HTML and CSS, and developing web sites using ASP, PHP and MySQL. I worked directly with many different clients, developing interactive and informational web sites that increased their web presence and productivity. In the course of these collaborations, I formed long-lasting professional relationships that continue to this day.

As a programmer for CSC, I did a little of everything from reporting to some help desk tasks. In between, I worked closely with the client to develop and enhance a Microsoft Access database to track testing and metrics data.
