I am a physical therapist passionate about creating change. Change in the movement profile of my patients. Change in how clients perceive exercise. Change in the role(s) of a physical therapist in today's environment.The foundation of my practice is the Functional Movement System - the FMS, SFMA, and YBT. It allows me to gather critical information on the individual I am treating, and what dysfunctions need to be addressed in order to restore them to a functional lifestyle. My goal is to perform a more complete rehab for each patient. Addressing not only their chief complaint, but also those mobility or stability problems that may be leading to a future problem.Beyond clinical expertise, I have experience in both administrative and management duties. I favor a systems-type of approach - if you cannot measure it somehow, then how can you go about improving it? I find these skills relevant on a number of levels: individual performance, clinic growth, and program startup.I am about using movement health to improve the quality of living for those I interact with. The Pareto Principle tells us that 80% of our results come from 20% of our efforts. I seek the Minimal Effective Dose to bring about change.
