I am a results oriented, strategic computer security researcher and leader with 14+ years experience in vulnerability research, offensive security, software assurance and the building of high performing teams.Known for being a deep subject matter expert but also having strong communication and business skills, I am able to turn thinking into strategy and execution, build and retain world class talent and deliver meaningful organisation change. As a knowledgeable and respectful leader I actively seek the opinions of others and this, along with my resilience and calmness under pressure, builds trust and a sense of belonging within my teams.Outside of work I participate in capture the flag (CTF) competitions and, as part of Cybears, have organised and delivered the last three CTF competitions at B-Sides Canberra, Australia's largest computer security conference.
