A newly formed role to design and deploy Information Management strategies and standards across Rio Tinto globally. The IM initiative A major focus was “operational governance” which strove to ensure expected outcomes were achieved while minimizing overhead and burdens of adherence. Played an leadership role in starting up a multi-year, multi-million dollar initiative to support the IM function and position it strategically across the Rio Tinto Group of companies.

Health Care Connect Project. The programme and supporting system are targeted at improving the care of approximately 1 million Ontarians. The system extends and integrates processes to trusted partners in new and innovative ways. Played a lead role in supporting program and IT leadership with the socialization and launch of this release to a wide variety of stakeholders.

Implementation of electronic signature solutions enabling the application of legally enforceable and regulatory compliant electronic signatures for electronic submissions to the FDA & EMEA. Clients inlcluded: Meck, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca and SAFE (Signing and Authentication For Everyone)
