[-] Own and manage the Alerts & Push Notifications platform on Web and Mobile, involving support for 50 unique alerts, defining governance, providing A/B testing tools, and more.[-] Developed a product vision for the Notifications value stream focused on building best-in-class user experiences, and obtained stakeholder alignment across the product organization.[-] Delivered a server-driven framework for mobile push notifications, reducing cycle time to bring new notifications to market from over 3 months to 1-2 weeks.[-] Define and prioritize the backlog for two Scrum teams in the Product Owner role.[-] Delivered an intelligent Onboarding feature, generating $10M incremental PV through improved account funding rate and optimization using A/B testing.[-] Own intent from inception to delivery by defining business rules, collaborating with designers, writing technical requirements, and coordinating rollouts.

I drove delivery of features for 3 full-sized development teams working on building new functionality for Capital One's award winning iOS and Android mobile apps which serve 20 million monthly active users.[-] Defined and scope intent for high-visibility and high-value features such as credit card activation, instant purchase notifications, reward redemption, credit card lock, and many more.[-] Coordinated roll-outs of complex features that require cooperation between client teams, product management, data scientists, and multiple back-end teams.[-] Lead teams in Scrum Ceremonies to plan, develop, and deploy code through a monthly release cadence.[-] Developed automation tests in Xcode to assist with the advancement of Test Driven Development initiatives.[-] Trained new developers, testers, and other scrum masters in platform processes so that they can quickly become contributing members of development teams.[-] Rapidly triaged and responded to high-priority requests to come up with the best solutions that can be delivered on aggressive timelines.

[-] Determined best methods for investigating ocean variability in the Gulf of Mexico and its effects on regional weather and climate.[-] Developed scripts to process multi-terabyte datasets and to visualize key relationships between variables.[-] Analyzed the output of 150-year global climate models to determine the merits and limitations of various modelling techniques.
