As lead aviation planner, Cam was responsible for the airspace design in one of the most complex airspaces in North America which included the access and egress procedures for controlled or restricted airspace. Cam led the Federal Aviation Technical Working Group (FATWG) which was the multi-agency committee responsible for the execution of aviation plan and included; NORAD, FAA, Transport Canada, NAVCANADA, CBSA, and CATSA. While in the midst of planning the 2010 Olympic Games, Cam was brought to Ontario by the planning team responsible for security for the 2010 G8-G20 Summits. Cam managed both portfolios concurrently. The two eventsβ airspace defense plans received accolades for the successful execution of the operational plans with minimal airspace incursions. -
