I began working at the age of 16 at a local restaurant while finishing high school. After high school, I attained my associates of business degree from Yavapai Community College. After receiving my degree, I began studying at Western Governors University and I am expected to graduate in half the average time. After attending WGU, I will have my bachelors in information technology management, a degree that blends business management and information technology into one learning experience. I have achieved a high GPA throughout school, never dipping below 3.8. In addition to this, I am a fast and ambitious learner, eager to learn all I can and put myself into uncomfortable situations to learn. I embrace hard work and feel rewarded when this work is completed, retaining all lessons learned from the job.I am excited to begin my journey in the business/ information technology field as I gain experience and learn new skills. From my previous job as a server, I have learned the teamwork and communication skills necessary for every job title. I interact well with others and enjoy the company of other people, although this is not necessary for me to work efficiently.My end goal is to become an efficient and effective member of the business and information technology fields, as I perfect my portfolio of skills and attributes. This has been my dream since I began high school, and I am determined to ensure this dream’s success.
