I currently run the largest Supportive Housing SRO in San Francisco (245 units) for a local Non-Profit. Proficient in Shelter Plus Care policy and procedure, harm reduction, and housing first model. I'm familiar with the obstacles and challenges new and existing tenants face in large SRO hotels. I also understand the effort that goes into keeping large aging SRO hotels clean, well maintained, safe, and quiet.

Call For Wine was an Oakland based company which provided call center solutions for premier Napa Valley and Sonoma wineries. Wine Direct purchased Call for Wine to add their platform which included: e-commerce, point-of-sale, wine club, compliance, loyalty programs, and a full array of financial management tools. Hired to increase sales and motivate the sales team. Maintained a book of business and was a top producing agent.

Trusted with overseeing all sales activities for two websites that offered a direct to consumer business model for home improvement supplies generating between $50,000 and $100,000 per week. Worked with web designers and the marketing department to increase effectiveness of Bi-weekly online sales promotions. Developed phone scripts and customer service protocols.
