With a decade-long tenure at AWS and a focus on security, my role as an Executive Security Advisor has centered on leading organizations through transformative cloud adoption journeys. Specializing in regulated and compliant workloads, I have become a trusted partner working alongside customers to design and execute robust, secure cloud strategies and roadmaps that align with targetted business outcomes.I have built local and global consulting and managed services operations, gained deep end-to-end experience and influence of go to market and sales motions, and have lead significant application development and cloud migration programs.My top achievements to date are 1) being an Amazonian Inventor with a patent awarded for a system to protect company, personal and customer code from each other and from dangerous commits, 2) winning a global Amazon Builder Award for leading the AWS engineering of Australia's (poorly marketed but super-secure) CovidSafe application that was red-teamed by our national cybersecurity agency, 3) rearchitecting a state emergency warning system for bushfire alerts that allowed a 6 year old girl to wake he parents up in time to escape a catastrophic fire and receive a bravery award.
