I was the highest ranking and most Senior Cadet Non-Commissioned Officer at 9F (Islington) Squadron, Royal Air Force Air Cadets (RAFAC) holding the rank of Cadet Warrant Officer (CWO) and primarily assisted the Squadron staff with the management of the Squadron. I also developed and managed over 60 young people in the RAFAC aged 13-20 with their personal and social development, teaching them life skills and a high level of discipline. I was appointed as the Lord Lieutenants Cadet of Greater London representing the RAFAC in many ceremonial events where I was able to serve and meet members of the Royal Family.My skills set extends from Public Speaking and Communications as well as Leadership, Management, Presentation and Motivational skills. A great deal of the work I undertook with RAFAC allows me to bring a little extra to the table, whether it is additional assets, training and skills; for use in my professional career.
