• Oversee the preparation of income tax returns for business entities (and individual shareholders/owners) as well as of estates and trusts, non-profit organizations, and individuals• Ensure the company of income tax compliance and planning• Ensure accuracy of financial statement preparation; fixed asset detail maintenance, year-end accounting entries for clients and other tasks as requested by our clients• Manage the preparation of the quarterly and year-end GAAP financial statement tax provisions and related schedules• Manage cash tax forecasts and perform advanced consultative and technical services requiring specialized knowledge in Federal, State & Local Taxes and tax accounting for ETPS and subsidiaries.

• Supervise the daily financial records and accounting for multiple commercial real estate Assets • Daily duties include journal entries, payables, bill pay (checks/ACH/Wire), managing petty cash, bank deposits and other general day-to-day bookkeeping services across multiple entities.• Work closely with property managers to collect & book rents, track past due accounts, bill for reimbursable expenses and generally track tenant accounts.• Work with the President of Development to manage bank construction draws and budgets for construction projects.• Prepare and review monthly financial reports for each property.• Coordinate with Property Managers to onboard customers and lease details.• Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of all other financial reports required and requested by clients, investors, lenders, etc.• Oversee each companies’ financial assets as to maximize revenue and streamline property management. • Track and manage property loans.• Reconcile CAM, percentage rent and net leases as required.

• Ensured the planning, organizing, and running of events. • Worked closely with graphic designers to create and manage packaging artwork and literature. • Assisted with the distribution of marketing materials and campaigns. • Planned marketing activities such as advertising and public relations campaigns and liaising with customers to meet their needs. • Oversaw the leasing activities for the property (including showing units, preparing leases, and reporting leasing results to our office).• Rent collection for all units (including organizing deposits, preparing and distributing late notices, filing with the magistrate, etc)• Oversight of tenant move-ins and move-outs, including unit inspections and security deposit statement preparation.• Submission of required status reports pertaining to property performance.• Oversight and management of property budget and bills.• Management and scheduling of leasing agents.• Organization of and attendance at marketing events, including housing fairs, open houses, etc.• Management of Yardi to keep all data accurate and current.• Management of the maintenance staff to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.
