• Oversee the preparation of income tax returns for business entities (and individual shareholders/owners) as well as of estates and trusts, non-profit organizations, and individuals
• Ensure the company of income tax compliance and planning
• Ensure accuracy of financial statement preparation; fixed asset detail maintenance, year-end accounting entries for clients and other tasks as requested by our clients
• Manage the preparation of the quarterly and year-end GAAP financial statement tax provisions and related schedules
• Manage cash tax forecasts and perform advanced consultative and technical services requiring specialized knowledge in Federal, State & Local Taxes and tax accounting for ETPS and subsidiaries.

• Coordinate with Property Managers to onboard customers and lease details.
