Initially hired to rescue a failing Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation across all Intelligrated sales channels, replacing home-grown toolsets. Quickly wrapped the team into a structured environment, ending meandering meetings, topic re-discussions, frustrated vendor interaction and delivery delays. Navigated the team to a May delivery of the 2MM introduction of Salesforce to the organization. Additional Salesforce enhancement projects included project scheduling, Marketo integration, custom account & opportunity team workflows and custom opportunity estimation workflows.Following the Sales Cloud implementation, created and managed the Enterprise Applications PMO. This group managed the business and IT aspects of the largest and highest priority enterprise projects at Intelligrated. The PMO charter, processes and procedures were created, introduced and implemented by the end of 2014. Through April 2018, the PMO managed 17 large scale projects totaling over 6.2 million in capital and operational expenses. Collaborated with company executives to develop a multi-year, multi-project software roadmap to utilize Salesforce to support Intelligrated’s end-to-end sales, engineering, manufacturing, installation and project execution processes, including Configure Price Quote (CPQ) technology. Worked with Enterprise Infrastructure to plan and implement a full SharePoint environment migration from 2013 to 2016. Introduced Project Online into the Office 365 environment for Intelligrated’s customer implementation project management team, including a migration from an old O365 tenant to a new one setup by our acquisition. Managed the rollout of Cisco Jabber, Collaboration Edge and Cisco video conferencing throughout the organization’s locations. This project resulting in rolling back the use of desk phones, utilizing PCs for communications saving hundreds per headcount and maintenance overhead required.

Owner of multiple client relationships consisting of both large and small organizations. Responsible for ensuring client success and driving strategic business planning utilizing eLynx SaaS products. Worked with clients to ensure planning activities adhered properly to the industry needs and its extensive regulatory and compliance requirements.Partnered with eLynx sales resources on pre-sales opportunities including product demos, integration design, product enhancement possibilities, pricing, statement-of-works, and master service contracts. Responsible for new product implementations for clients. Led project teams through scheduling, budgeting, risk and issue tracking, status and escalation reporting, infrastructure and implementation planning, creation of user training materials, training facilitation and project to operational transition efforts.

Managed a team of 5 project managers responsible for internet/mobile projects and maintenance/infrastructure efforts for CitiBank Online and CitiMobile. Led direct reports in developing a single maintenance release cycle for eBusiness that met the needs of multiple PMOs and conformed to all Citbank policies and standards. Worked closely with business partners on prioritization of software changes, setting high-level release schedules, interfacing with quality assurance and deployment planning. Responsible for leading all necessary emergency releases to production. Worked collaboratively with other IT and business managers within eBusiness on high priority projects reaching across North American operations. Responsible for planning pre-production infrastructure utilization including simultaneous coordination of several large programs, quarterly project initiatives and monthly maintenance releases.

Managed internet and mobile banking projects for eBusiness. Responsible for project schedules, budgets, risk and issue tracking, status and defect reporting, meeting facilitation, removing barriers to progress and necessary senior management escalation. Daily coordination of business partners, multiple development teams, multiple quality assurance teams, business analysis team, release management teams, data center teams and many third party vendor solutions. Project resources were both on and off shore within each team and were culturally diverse.Scrum Master for a large top priority banking portal migration using agile methodology. Defined sprint scope, facilitated daily scrum team meetings, removed obstacles for the team and reporting status to program manager and senior management. Led internet and mobile banking quarterly release initiatives. Concurrently managed several individual projects within multiple releases. Utilized on and off shore resources from cross functional teams. Responsible for the comprehensive quarterly release build schedule, installation and post-implementation activities. Coordinated with all project managers assigned within the release to ensure each project is cared for during release planning.

Managed concurrent technical projects including e-Business strategic initiatives, extranet website security, network infrastructure upgrades and mainframe upgrades. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all project documents including the project charter, scope, requirements, WBS, schedule using Microsoft Project, risks and issues log, defect management, implementation planning, post-implementation documentation and operational materials and lessons learned sessions. Reported project status bi-monthly directly to the CIO and IT Directors. Worked with these senior managers to clear obstacles blocking progress and to obtain and retain necessary project resources.Co-managed a full infrastructure migration to a new networking vendor’s platform. A complete redesign of the desktop and server network was completed as part of the project. All new switch/router and backbone hardware was replaced including disaster recovery resources.
