This role is focused on the maintenance and operations of GIC’s the IAM software application (Sailpoint IdentityIQ and AWS Web Service [AWS IAM]), Privileged Account Management [PAM] (Cyber-Ark Password Vault), and data reporting with visualization. Our IdentityIQ tool uses Java and PowerShell as its scripting Language for its workflow and LDAP scripts, for our AWS tool we use ci/cd as a deployment method using JSON, and while for the data reporting, we were using MSSQL/SQL/MySQL/XML and Tableau.

This role is in charge of the Software Development Cycle and the L2 support of Identity and Access Management application (IAM) Sailpoint IdentityIQ of the NCS prominent client Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC). PowerShell and Java are the scripting language used to create, maintain, and enhance workflows of the company identityIQ. Data Analyst and reporting using MSSQL/SQL/MySQL/XML or LDAP Queries are also done in this role.
