As a Field Specialist, it was my responsibility to identify potential customers and guide them through the sales and installation process. This process included qualifying the customer's house through mapping software powered by Google that allowed us to estimate the number of solar panels a roof could be outfitted with and the amount of sun exposure those panels would get based on the direction and angle of the roof. Other responsibilities included CRM, scheduling field visits with customers at their homes, and identifying potential cross-selling opportunities for our energy storage options.
