With my main focus on quality and conformance, I led a team of highly skilled architects, developers and testers in a fast-paced development environment. As development manager, I contributed to road-map plans and prioritised work to successfully release software in alignment with planned releases. My role as Quality Assurance Manager allowed me to develop a successful software testing team. One of my significant wins was designing and implementing a successful test strategy, taking into consideration regulatory and industry requirements.
