Worked on the Insurance programme which supported the strategic initiative to change the basis on which Sainsbury's Bank provides Home and Motor Insurance. Migration in tight time scales ensuring 3rd parties supplying infrastructure keep to the designs agreed and that stakeholders are managed.Responsibilities• Accountable for the infrastructure design by circa 10 third parties ensuring that the Banks standards were adhered to eg NFRs, Info Sec and IT Security• Own the resolution of delivery configuration issues by third parties in both nonprod and prod environments including stakeholder management• Ensure where designs don't adhere to Bank standards that any risk is detailed, discussed by programme management group and accepted.• Provide authority-to-proceed at CIO gateway checkpoints, design -> delivery -> test -> liveAchievements• Own the overarching Infrastructure design document bringing together detail from circa 10 suppliers including multi stakeholder sign off• Understand the use of Amazon Web Services by key supplier and get its use signed off by the Bank including Info Sec and the data upload signed off by Bank data clinic• Over prolonged period mediated between suppliers to come up with the right customer letter print design that met all suppliers contrasting requirements• Owned the IT attestation of AccessPAY providing assurance of the software suitability and hosting decision for the Banks for liquidity reporting solution
