-responsibilities: maintain accurate reccords of finnances of the store/register, package/ship/reccord online orders, reccord hourly/daily earnings, create deposits and take them to the bank, answer the phone, check emails, assist customers, tag clothing, check inventory, open/close store (knowledge of and access to building security), clean dressing rooms, rearange racks, etc.

-responsibilities: create invoices for students, create lesson plans for sessions, keep track of time spent with student, assess needs/ability level of each student, be flexible with lesson plans based off of student's intake and understanding each session, create a safe environment for students to ask questions, gain access to helpful tools in teaching materials, ability to understand and utilize the website materials, keep track of students' progress and reccord, etc.

-Capernaum is the sector of Young Life that is tailored to high schoolers with disabilities. -responsibilities: meet with high schoolers on a regular basis, go to the school to meet teachers/students and get involved, create genuine friendships, teach how to communicate with others, provide transportation to events, have a knowledge of our friends ability levels and specific needs, advocate for them in their communities, practice self-sufficiency in safe environments, teach basic life skills, provide general proper hygiene, be with them at overnight camp (usually for a weekend in the winter, a week in the summer), fundraise for camp costs, practice and model patience with each activity and ability level, create games/activities that every ability can participate in, present the gospel in a tangible way to every ability level, etc.

-I have babysat since I was 14 for local families -responsibilities: provide proper nutrition and hygine, provide emotional comfort, maintain safety, adhere to rules of the parents, communicate with the parents about what is expected, play and encourage children to be kind and have fun with one another, care for dog/cat (or whatever animal is there), transport children where they need to be, sometimes teaching baby sign language to children, reading books, etc.

-Faith-based Summer Camp for girls, ages 8-16-separated into two terms, cabins of about 8 girls per terms-Counselor for the youngest girls (8 years old) for both terms -responsibilities: maintain proper safety measures in and out of the cabins, provide emotional support and teach appropriate ways to deal with emotions, maintain proper hygine, encourage campers to try new things or to participate in activities, teach how to communicate well in grops, attend staff meetings, teach/create lesson plans for activities that you are responsible for teaching, take attendance of all of the campers. etc. -Activities taught: photography*, knitting, guitar *required special training in developing film and printing photographs in a dark room as well as the mixing of the chemicals in the correct proportions for later use.

-Camp Hope (primarily), which is for adults with disabilities -responsibilities: take care of hygenic needs, encourage campers to participate in activities to the best of thier ability levels, teach how to process and deal with emotions and conflict in a healthy way, practice communication skills, keep track of every campers' disability and be able to adhere to specific needs, create a safe environment, provide for nutritional needs, etc.
