Currently completing my MSc in Biostatistics, where my research uses latent class, longitudinal and survival analyses, and joint modelling to uncover insights into people’s adherence to antiretroviral therapy.In the rest of my time, I work as a bioinformatics scientist at Watchmaker Genomics. Here I use my statistics expertise to develop custom analytics pipelines, which serve to answer highly specific research questions around protein engineering.I am an analytical mind who loves working with data and solving problems. I am mostly interested in the intersection between classical statistics, machine learning and biological questions. I have developed an advanced proficiency in R for statistical programming and SQL for database engineering, complemented by a working knowledge of AWS, Docker, Nextflow, and Git for version control management.
