• Completion of loan checklists and file management for loan documentation• Advanced knowledge and experience working with Podium, Workforce andApplyOnline.• Employing negotiation, sales, communication and thoroughness skills from initialmeetings with clients to loan application completion and check-up.• Supporting director with administrative duties such as data entry, client liaison,application management, follow up with stakeholders such as banks, BDMs,accountants and conveyancers.
