I assisted in coaching one of the top high school cross country / track and field programs in the nation. I worked primarily with the boys and girls distance runners.

I coached the co-ed, middle and high school distance runners and also coached the high school throwers.

I conducted research on functional anatomy to develop a database of muscle functions. The database included each muscle's anatomy, functional actions, and specific exercises to target its development. I also assisted in writing a grant proposal for research related to the advancement of women's athletics.

I taught an undergraduate course in Structural Kinesiology. Subject matter focused on tissue structure, functional movement of the musculoskeletal system, and movement kinetics and kinematics.

I served as head coach of the high school boy's Cross Country program and the co-ed 7th & 8th grade Track and Field program.

I assisted in daily functions of coaching of NCAA division 1 varsity athletes. Tasks included set-up and facilitation of practice logistics and filming of practices and competitions for analysis of performance technique.

I handled all aspects of data collection and analysis from Catapult GPS and Polar Heart Rate devices during all practices and games. I attended practices and games to record live data for immediate decision making regarding player load and training volume. I created daily reports on internal and external training load and kept long term training load profiles for each athlete. Data analysis was conducted using VBA in Excel.

I assisted in the training of NCAA division 1 football players during their summer Strength and Conditioning program.

I assisted in monitoring of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation patients during their rehabilitation exercises. I helped patients adhere to proper exercise technique and intensity and collected measurements of blood pressure and oxygen saturation.

I coached athletes ages 8-18 in the development of movement quality and strength training protocols. Emphasis was on laying a foundation of proper movement technique in a diverse array of movement patterns to build a robust foundation for a lifelong pursuit of athletics.

I helped manage client portfolios as part of an individual wealth management team. I worked in excel to improve tracking of client investment revenue and improved the organization of client document folders.
