Leadership and ownership of Experian’s new email validation service. Working with Experian Data Quality, a world leading company in the provision of Data Quality tools to business. My role is to launch a new email validation service as a multiple option service, offering validation at point of capture or as a batch process. I am responsible for all product launch activities and go-to-market strategy.• Full responsibility of the email validate product during its launch stages and roll out to client base.• Full ownership of the Product management process and roadmap• Identify new verticals and uses of the applications. Identify opportunities for product bundling and cross sales across the entire product estate.• Act as the subject matter expert within the business. Conduct webinars and give speeches at email and data quality conferences and events.• Development and management of the go-to-market strategy for the product.• Oversight and co-ordination of all marketing activity relating to the product and product launch. • Regular communication with the global product teams to ensure seamless roll-out across international territories• Provision of all sales and training materials. Co-ordination of sales and product training and briefings• Work closely with Sales teams to educate clients and convert leads into sales.• Ensure proper management of all professional services and escalations processes.• Oversight of the Salesforce SaaS platform to ensure effective account and token management. Also manage the effective delivery and application of the API to clients and co-ordinate technical and professional services.• Own the pipeline and monitor opportunities and leads with Siebel. Work with senior sales managers to push for conversions.

Responsible for the development and sales of new and innovative Business Intelligence and Customer Insight solutions as well as IDv, Trace, AML, data management and cleanse services. My work includes development of services for a number of major banks and plcs and local authorities. I am also responsible for the marketing aspects of these new products and lead sales negotiator on the product lines for clients of the group. Involved in consultancy with UKG and EUC on the ongoing development of PSD and OB Frameworks.I am also responsible for management and building of outsource and contractor services to the business to enhance the product lines and reduce resource requirements.I was principal in re-shaping the research arm of the business. This involved complete re-design of the model, re-structuring of the operational and technical sides of the business and development of new software systems capable of dealing with multi-million client transactions per annum. This highly successful process has transformed the business into the leading investor tracing and verification company in the UK,resulting in revenue in excess of £50million during tenure.In addition to building Prosearch into the successful business unit that it now is, I am also responsible for the creation of another new product offering for Equiniti- Equiniti Data Services- which has been highly successful in its first 18 months of operation, generating additional revenues of in excess of £1 Million p.a and growing at a rapid pace.I am very client focused and whilst my title is that of product development, I am responsible for all B2B client facing activities in this area. This includes, client relationship and retention, sales and marketing of services and sale opportunities to new clients. I am also very familiar with all forms of PQQ and RFP processes in both public and private sectors.
