With over 13 years in the land use planning and development industry, I have been involved in the full spectrum of land use planning across Ontario, including large and complex commercial and residential projects, smaller infill projects, rural/agricultural land planning, and municipal comprehensive reviews. I have the knowledge and expertise to guide a development proposal from concept to execution through a variety of planning processes. I have been qualified as an expert witness at the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) now the Local Planning Appeals Tribunal (LPAT), am full member of the Canadian Association of Certified Planning Technicians (CACPT), and am a pre-candidate member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI).I am well experienced with large and small-scale project management with a variety of land development and construction projects.See below for a small sample of the projects I have worked on.
