- Interpretation and development of creative briefs from both end clients and internalteams and managing these from ideation to execution within tight timescales across all ofthe company’s brands- Interpretation of technical, bespoke product design briefs and managing the creationprocess from ideation to physical product launch- Work collaboratively with wider teams throughout the business to visualise marketingcampaigns and create artwork for advertisements, communications, social media, websiteand promotional material- Creation of artwork for print, including company brochures and adverts for national andinternational trade press- Creation of storyboards and 3D content and video for company website and marketingcommunications, including social media- Efficient planning of design work on both a short and longer term basis to aid productionprocess and ensure delivery timescales are met, with a strong ability to adapt to anever-changing environment- Articulation and presentation of concepts and design work to teams throughout thebusiness, including senior leadership- Guardianship of all Glencairn Crystal brands, including creation of brand guidelines andensuring all design and marketing assets adhere to these guidelines- Stakeholder management, including maintaining strong relationships with externalsuppliers and manufacturers and liaising directly with end clients on bespoke design work- Manage robust governance processes, including approvals, archiving and backups.
