As the Vice President of Operations for the Alpha Delta Pi Zeta Beta Chapter, I managed the day-to-day operations of the chapter, ensuring smooth execution of meetings, events, and initiatives. I worked closely with the executive team to maintain effective communication, streamline administrative processes, and support the chapter’s goals. My role required strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure all chapter activities were aligned with our values and ran efficiently, creating a positive and productive environment for our members.

As the Vice President of Academic Affairs for the Alpha Delta Pi Zeta Beta chapter, my primary role was to support the academic success of our chapter by fostering an environment of achievement and accountability. I was responsible for planning and organizing events like the Dean’s List Dinner, where we celebrated members who had earned outstanding academic honors. This event provided an opportunity to recognize hard work and motivate others to strive for academic excellence.In addition to event planning, I held academic meetings to check in with members about their progress, discuss study strategies, and provide support for any academic challenges they were facing. These meetings were designed to ensure that every sister had the resources and encouragement needed to succeed.One of my favorite initiatives was organizing and presenting "Yay, I Got an A!" Each week I would recognize one sister for earning an A and reward her with a gift card. This not only boosted morale but also created a culture of celebration around academic success, reinforcing the idea that hard work and dedication are always worth recognizing.Overall, my role as VP of Academic Affairs allowed me to help create a supportive academic community within the chapter, where each member felt empowered to reach her full potential and proud of her accomplishments.

As the Alpha Delta Pi Zeta Beta Chapter Academic Specialist, I played a key role in supporting the academic success of my sisters within the chapter. I worked closely with the Vice President of Academic Affairs and members to provide guidance on study strategies, time management, and academic resources, ensuring that everyone had the tools they needed to excel in their coursework.

I have been in charge or calling NC State alumni, parents, associates of the university, and Vet Hospital clients. I was recognized for being the top earner in our non-donors category. I was able to make many connections and improve my professional social skills.
