Developing windows and web-based application software and solutions in Microsoft .Net. Began formal software development in 1998 and have lead small teams, developed many commercial applications for businesses such as IBM and NZ Telecom/Gen-i.In my role with HainessAttract, I'd enjoyed the autonomy in the complete organisational software remodelling.
