First point of contact within YARA for everything related to Digital Production (DP), reporting directly to the VP DP. As part of the Digital Production management team, this role skippers between leading the domain and collaborating with the central business office team. The role's main focus is on creating value and continuously improving the way of working by managing DP's full ecosystem and driving domain-wide initiatives.It combines the responsibilities of 3 roles:1. Portfolio and Operations Manager - Manage and coordinate cross-domain initiatives and projects, report on business performance and drive the creation of the overall business plan. Take responsibility for the team operations and general process & governance. Act as a leader for the overall team (~40 FTE).2. Internal Business Partner - Create awareness and generate buy-in for the solutions with Digital Production. Coordinate all DP activities with other departments (comms, procurement, legal,...). In addition, develop and ensure compliance to our operating model.3. The Technology team in Digital Production has created and is maintaining a Digital Production Platform, a central data lake that is connected to the control system of each of YARA’s production sites. Part of the management team within Technology, this role encompassed the following: 1. Project/Program Manager for “Connectivity” – Connecting the control systems (DCS) of each production plant in YARA to a central cloud platform and implementing an information model (unified naming system). A global frame that translated to 24 separate, local projects that employed a complex team matrix, including different vendors depending on the site (up to 9 globally). 2. Product Manager for Self-service – Managing, developing, maintaining, and rolling out the portfolio for self-service applications on the platform. These include dashboarding, reporting, and advanced analytics. 3. Application Manager – Administering the toolset for Developer Enablement (e.g., Github, Atlassian).
