• Recruit a corps of 32 young professionals to Cape Cod for an 11-month, 1700 hour term of environmental service and disaster preparedness and response.• Oversee all community education and outreach efforts for AmeriCorps Cape Cod.• Direct the design, planning, and execution of signature volunteer events leveraging thousands of dollars in grant funding and recruiting hundreds of community volunteers.• Manage program public relations by maintaining website, acting as spokesperson to the media, and delivering presentations to elected officials and community groups.• Develop member trainings, service learning opportunities and reflection activities.

• Partnered with Town Accountant and Town Department Heads to draft FY2012 Capital Improvement Plan.• Crafted press releases, meeting agendas, and a seasonal newsletter for Town employees.• Updated Town website and Town records after each Selectmen’s meeting.• Recorded Minutes at Selectmen’s meetings ensuring compliance with Open Meeting Law.• Collected timesheets and processed bi-weekly payroll for the Administration Department.• Processed purchase orders and time off requests for Town Department Heads.
