Furthermore, my extensive field-based experience enabled me to more effectively conduct job analyses, upon which I predicated germane job descriptions and ensuing performance appraisal criteria. This arrangement induced an environment in which process engineering became more comprehensible in a hands-on profession. Also, I seized the opportunity to rotate among the various functional units of the organization. This invaluable insight engendered an immense understanding, in both theoretical and practical terms, of not only our intricate, unique market dynamics, but also how all of the subunits must function in concert to advance the organization along its strategy map, with the firm's mission, values, and vision always in proper perspective.In mid 2018, I did assume re-employment with T.J.Z., Inc. on a full-time, consultative basis and have continued as such to date.
