CurrentCamp WeHaKee is a premier resident camp for girls located in the beautiful Hayward Lakes region of northwest Wisconsin. It has been in operation since 1923 and serves nearly 500 participants annually. WeHaKee serves girls from throughout the United States and internationally. Helping girls achieve their full potential by enhancing their confidence and independence. At the Heart of WeHaKee is Relationship!In this position, I am responsible for the comprehensive operation of the organization including:- marketing- web management- social media presence and management- consistent & relevant blog posts- facility management and maintenance- camper and family recruitment- financial management- customer service management- program design and implementation- staff recruitment, staff training & education, staff evaluation & support- communications coordinator- onsite tech support- food service sanitation oversight- transportation coordinator & vehicle maintenance- rental coordinator- certified pool operator (CPO)- positive role model for staff and campers- working effectively with and reporting to a board of directors to ensure the appropriate and thoughtful management of the camp operation.
