Skilled at working in multidisciplinary roles including Product Lifecycle and Delivery, Customer Insights, Building Cross Functional Development Teams, Organisational Leadership, Operations, Data Research and Analysis, Financial Management, Software Development, Testing and Quality Assurance.I’m passionate about working with stakeholders and teams to validate ideas and product features that can be brought to fruition and bring change to industry or people’s lives, more importantly, working with a team who is also dedicated to the same results.I have found my niche between a technical and empathic role as a product owner, harnessing my skills in delivery, customer insights and working with development teams to create products that will not only meet the users needs but that exceed industry standards.Key achievements during this time:- Created, built and managed a product suite that has continued to grow across a global community, targeting distributed networks that have to date expanded over 71,000 global licenses and 22,000 current active users.- Successfully facilitated with stakeholders and teams the prioritisation of product features using measurable weights to ensure the best ROI to the company and value to the customer. - Using design thinking methodologies, collectively brought together different departments to ensure all product features were of value and relevance. Essentially achieving the buy in and ownership across multiple stakeholders for the overall success of each product feature.- Designed and built a team communication model to work across multiple development team time zones which also considered each team's cultural differences and would ensure successful handover and delivery of product requirements.- Successfully designed, created and maintained development teams to produce an efficient product “release train” to ensure productivity was high and teams were not halted during QA and release phases as new feature development continued for the flagship product.
